Leak in Bedroom Floor

I have a 2016 30 Flying Cloud, RB. Over the past year, we noted a periodic wet bathroom/bedroom floor. This Spring we traveled in a lot of rain and thought the water was coming from the wheel well area, sewer vent pipe or A/C but discovered that it was actually coming from the water pressure regulator. To correct the problem remove the 4 screws from the city water inlet attachment; turn the assembly clockwise about 4 times. It will tighten like a water hose. If you have a leak at this location, you will notice the insulation will be wet. Also, keep in mind that depending on the level of the trailer, the water could go forward or backwards as the water is dripping on a plastic fender well cover.
