Zerk fitting on water pump and dash/engine powered a/c unit

Folks wanting to grease the Zerk fitting on the water pump. I canít see it from underneath or with the interior lid open. Wondering if I need to remove the entire lid and the section itís attached to. If so the back section that the lid is attach to on my rig is completely carpeted - can anyone explain if it does need to be removed how to do it. Donít want to tear all the carpet off if not necessary. Thks!!!

Next my dash engine powered A/C does not work - fan spins but no A/C. I have the Isuzu diesel. Does anyoneís dash A/C still work?? Is it worth getting it serviced??

Many thanks to all for assistance! Best and thanks, Dave

Airstream owners manual should show you how to take the doghouse apart, on mine the front section with the radio slides straight back, you might need to undo a couple screws first

Shouldn't be any need to de-carpet anything

PO had my AC converted to the new stuff, looks like original compressor larger condenser, works great

Unfortunately it all depends on what some PO might have done to the doghouse. Some get boxed in with items built around it that would make removing the engine easier than dismantling the doghouse!

Not sure if you were able to get access yet but the grease fitting on the water pump is on the top

He told me he was off camping probably with little internet access. Can you believe the nerve of some people off playing while the rest of us are holding down the home front.
