Upper cabinet side panel removal?

Hello, I am painting the upper cabinets in the front and rear of my Safari 25, and would like to remove the side panels that appear to be access panels. I found two screws inside the cabinet that seem to hold the panel via a L bracket, but I can also see what appear to be nails or staples in the back holding the panel in place. If I pry on the door will the panel come off without damage? Is this panel concealing wiring because I have a radio and other electrical components up there? Is it possible to get it back on without too much trouble?

Thank you for your response and help.

Hi, I don't have an answer for this, but I did see you were selling a dinette and I wanted to get more info from you. I tried responding through the classifieds, but I'm unable to access from that site and keep getting redirected to the forums and had to just look you up by name.

Hi Lauren, I’m sorry but the dinette is no longer available. I will check to make sure the ad is deleted. Thank you.

Well I removed the cover myself and it was no trouble to replace. I used wire cutters to clip about a quarter inch off nails and it went right back in.

Mine are held together with long staples. I pulled them out a bit, cut the staples and replaced with pressure latches. Seemed like a lot of wasted potential storage space.
