Zip Dee Awning
Got home from our 6th trip with Bambi. While giving Bambi a bath I noticed that the rear travel was gone. I called the dealer/parts and they sent a new travel hook. When I opened the package noticed a sealed tube. So I read the assembly instruction that told me to apply the "locktite" to the screw and the travel hook. There was no sign of the blue "locktite" on either front or rear travel hook. Also make sure the plastic washers are in the right locations. The front travel hook small washer was not.
Good tip. I've applied Loctite to all my acorn fittings on my full awning package.
