How did you replace your AC drain tube?
My trailer was in a RV storage facility that caught fire, so I'm thinking the plastic AC drain tube melted closed. I can't blow air thru it and a piece of wire only goes so far. Haven't broken out the air compressor and electrician's tape yet, but I'm not optimistic they'll be successful.
Were talking about a 2009 Flying Cloud 25' FB, so the AC drain is located above the refer.
Have you had to replace your AC drain tube and if so, how did you do it? Lewster?

On my 2014 FC25 I had a leak in the drain line. When the factory drilled for rivets they nicked the tubing. At JS they were able to pull a new line through without removing any interior. I didn't see it done. If you have melt damage it may be melted to the interior skin or stringers and not able to move through the holes in the ribs/stringers. In that case the only resolution might be interior skin removal.
Thanks for the insight on JC's approach. You may be right about the tubing melting to the shell, too. I could not budge the drain tube by pulling on it, so it is secured somehow.
While routing a new tube like the original between inner and outer shells would be best, I might be able to 'cheat' by utilizing the vent space behind the refer for a new drain tube that ends right next to the refer drain.
I don't want to remove the interior skin if I can help it. You know, sloth and laziness.

You might want to call service and ask them if they pulled up or down. On mine I removed the interior shroud and could see the end of the drain tube. I don't think there was any clamp on it. Had a simple t connector. One side to the drain tube from the AC cup on the roadside and the other side on a short tube to the drain cub on the curbside.
AC Drain Tube Flunks Test
Well, drug out the compressor. First I put a balloon on the interior end of the AC drain line and blew air in from the outside (wheel well) end. Nothin.
Then tried blowing reverse direction. First nothing, then a 'pop' and air went in. No air coming out at the wheel well end.
So the AC drain is ruptured somewhere between shells. Guess I'm pullin that refer with the hope I can route a replacement.
YMMV. Mine's about zero.
