Camping in Tennessee
 
My sister is buying a new trailer in Tennessee this spring. Can anyone give a recommendation on a good place to camp near Nashville preferably with full hookups?

Seven Points COE on Percy Priest Lake just east of Nashville is great. Not sure if they have sewer but all other hookups.

Also cedars of Lebanon state park in Lebanon about 30 minutes east of Nashville is nice

Google Music Valley Dr/camping Nashville. Their are 3 campgrounds there, personally prefer Yogi Bear. Loretta Lynn also has a campground on her ranch. Nashville is a great area for country & RVing.

I don't think it is very far from Nashville but we stayed a week at Fall Creek Falls State Park earlier this summer - was very nice and a lot to do.

Camping In Tennessee
 
We stayed at Barton Springs Campground, near Normandy TN for about a week last September. It is about an hour from Nashville, TN. All sites are pull through with electricity 50/30 amp and water. No sewer but good dump stations and nice bathrooms with showers.
If your sister wants a serene setting that is easy to get in and out of, and has level sites that are huge, this is a great place, just no sewer. Every site has a lake view (Lake Normandy) and the camping fee is very reasonable. We camped at site 42 and literally had a 1/4 acre back area to walk our dogs behind our campsite. Only a few miles away is the historic Cortner Mill Restaurant. Good food in a picturesque setting. Also only about 30 minutes from the Jack Daniel distillery which has a great free tour.

We stayed at Seven Points last weekend. SUPER place but they have an 11 month window in advance for reservations, and as of right now, they have NOTHING available. We live literally 15 minutes from the place and we've only been able to get in to camp 1 time in 4 years.

Fall Creek Falls is a drive, but a beautiful place.
