Batteries won't pick up load
Safari 25 batteries show full power. Operate jack just fine. When disconnecting shore or tow vehicle power, batteries won't pick up load. No interior lights and no monitor panel. Any ideas?

What year? Look for a battery disconnect switch somewhere. In mine, it's mounted next to the couch in the front of the trailer.

Aside from that, are the batteries good? Take them to an auto parts store to be tested, if need be.

On my '08 27FB, the disconnect switch is located just inside the door next to the light switches. It is labeled Use / Store. It is a momentary rocker switch that can get accidentally bumped particularly if there are any youngsters around. In the store position it disconnects the battery from the converter and circuits fed from the fuse panel. The jack and LPG detecter are still functional. Red light on panel next to switch can be misleading. As I recall it is always on regardless of state if plugged into shore power. If no shore power, light then indicates if battery is connected or not.

Batteries are good if the jack works. If the battery disconnect switch won't restore power there is a main 12 volt fuse in the converter box. If this fuse has blown, look for the short before resuming normal use.
