Here's one from an area that has often been discussed on this forum. Some folks here have pulled their Airstream through this area. I'm unsure if I would, but maybe someday.

Would that be the Beartooth Pass area between Wyoming and Montana on Hwy 212?

I knew that wouldn't last long with this group. You are correct Steve.

Anyone recognize this spot? It's definitely not in the East.

This is just a SWAG, but it is somewhere along the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail?

Steve, it's near the PCT...about 12 or 13 miles West of it as the crow flies.

OK, one last guess, based on the hints, and where you are from, would be an overlook on a trail above Kings Canyon National Park.

No. It is in a National Park, but this place is in Washington State.

Mt Rainier National Park is correct, but can you identify the place within the park?

Not quite. If you lived in a place with the name of this spot, you may never want to leave.

Ok,

It's my second choice - Paradise.

Yay! This pic was taken from the trail above Paradise and it's down there near the road. The place where the people are standing is called Panorama Point, and the mountain range across the valley is called the Tatoosh Range. This was one of the most scenic hikes I have ever done and we were lucky to do it on a day when it wasn't in a cloud.

Been too long since a post here, so here's one y'all should get in an instant. It's West of the Mississippi, I'm sure. :)

Yea, that's it. Actually, if I remember, it was taken from a highway turn-out as we did no hiking.

This is a fun thread, but I'm running out of pictures of places we've been that aren't a dead give away.
