direct connect to septic sewer bypass tanks?

I just bought my first airstream and would like to simi permanently connect it to external sewage , electric and water. it will become a guest house for all to enjoy. I am lost on the gray/sewage connection. we are hooking up to our existing septic and i am told to hook up directly to toilet and bypass black tank. is that even possible? what other solutions out there if i dont want to move the trailer to dump?
thanks from a newbie

Unless you replace the RV toilet with a household one there will not be enough water flow per flush for it to be connected directly to a sewer connection with no intervening tank. You will get clogs.

If the tank works properly then you are better off using it and pulling the dump valve once it gets full. Valterra makes connectors for semi-permanent attachment of a sewage line to the existing bayonet connector.

I would leave it intact and by a Sewer Solution. Run the hose(s) from the Sewer Solution to your septic system and dump as necessary. We use that set-up at home. You can leave the grey tank valve open if you like, it will simply gravity drain.

If you do a search here for the SS, you'll see that you can even add PVC pipe to the outflow if you need more reach.
