    Please disregard my last. The deal fell through due to hail damage.

    Greetings Royce,

    Unless I am misunderstanding the forum, you seem to be listed as a volunteer "trailer inspector".

    If this is accurate and if you're interested, I would greatly appreciate your help.

    I live in Port Angeles, Washington and I have found a 2005 28' Classic that I am very interested in. We would like to close the deal late next week and pick it up the following weekend. The trailer is in Colorado Springs.

    Please let me know if you are avaluable.

    Hi Royce,

    I am not looking for the big LED system that you have but simply replacing some of the 1156 12 V bulbs in my 1994 Airstream. Do you have any recommendations who to buy from especially via the internet? There seem to be several different kinds but I just want to replace ones like over the dining room table that has three 1156 bulbs. I have heard the white bulbs are really better than the warm white ones.

    Well I have a new small project I'm just starting on. I have a few sheets of 2" blue foam and some 8 oz. carbon cloth laying around. Gonna hot wire the foam sand it down and wrap and bag it. Greenland paddle, I'll keep you posted!!

    The knife box is nearing completion. I learned just how hard mesquite is I hand cut most dovetails and usually have to hone the chisels once during the cut. I had to re hone about every three taps and had to regrind twice during each of two boxes. Never again hand cut on Mesquite. I own good quality Swiss chisels no cheep junk. Cut the mortice for one of the locks this afternoon and will cut the other tomorrow. Good luck on the Lapstrake, my favored boat always. :-)

    Hi Royce;
    I've been looking at building another yak. and a Sasafrass 12 lapstrake canoe. Gotta get my winter projects in line. How's the knife box coming along? I've got some info on a really unique half moon dowel joint that I think you would be interested in viewing. I'm searching for it now and will share it with you when it appears! Build Boats!!

    Hey Royce; I was wondering if you had made any Greenland Paddles? I'm looking for some quartersawn western red cedar-old growth, straight grain. Got any laying around the shop!
