Ron,

My name is Terry and I live up near Landrum. I also own your old Land Yacht. I'm the third owner since you sold it and it's "lived in" Spruce Pine and Laurel Hill, FL prior to being back in the Upstate. I've done about $5k in updates and repairs, as the PO's did little to maintain it. One of them, probably the PO in Spruce Pine, replaced the wood flooring with carpet. I wish they hadn't done that and it will likely get replaced.

Anyway, I hung on to your old ad and believe it or not, it lives on out on the Internet. We're getting ready to take off for Salt Spring, FL in a week and are enjoying the Land Yacht on numerous trips to Lake Hartwell. Take care.
