suggestions for the rear compartment. sometimes we haul bicycles on the back of the motorhome. this makes it very difficult to get things out of the back compartment. we removed the wood bed support that supports the mattess. we cut about 2 feet off the top and attached it with a piano hinge. now all we have to do is slide the matress down some and lift and we can access the back compartment.

one more problem with the excella motorhome: the ceiling air conditioners run well but they do not cool the motorhome. we were told they are a closed system and new freon cannot be added. any suggestions on how to fix the appliance. purchasings new ones at this time is out of the question.

we own a excella motorhome. the passenger side window is quite difficult to slide open, it usually shifts to up so it is on an angle. we can pull it back down but it is an inconvenience. has anyone had this problem? how did you fix it?

airstream excella motorhome. the two front seats (driver & passenger) headrest are very loose. how do you go about tightening them. is it a difficult job?

we have an airstream excella. our deadbolt handle (that is on the wall above the sink) is broken. any suggestions on how to fix this. unable to find the part. we use the deadbolt switch on the dashboard to unbolt door. any suggestions?
