Hi, I noticed you are on the inspector list. I am in Mt. Pleasant, NC near Locust/Albemarle. I realize asking you to drive and help me look at one might be a bit much, but would you be able to tell me some deal breakers? I saw and like a 72 Sovereign 31ft. It has rear bathroom and two pull out beds. Tires are 2 years old and a/c was "gone through" by an HVAC guy. I'd reeeeeeeeeeeeally appreciate any advice. 704 796 5136. We plan on living in it for maybe a year while I build a Micro house. We have a kid. I know it needs some updating and bathroom work. Anyway, thanks for any help you can give.

I noticed you posted that you used Krud Kutter on your interior ceiling and walls. Did you use it on the entire area or just sticky spots. I just bought a 1972 Overlander and I have some yellowing and grim build up.
