Hi, not sure which 'oil' you're speaking of. Engine motor oil, or something other? New Port Richey isn't that far from St Pete, 45 min to an hour, depending on traffic on Hwy 19 (North-South road). Of course, it's best to stay off that road during the week, as well on Saturdays, maybe even Sundays, lol. Let's put it this way, I avoid going North from St Pete, along 19 at all costs. Which is why I've never been to the sponge docks yet, lol.
