I saw your post about different brands of oil. Wondering if you have an opinion about Northland Eurosyn 5-40. It is formulated where i live (Waterloo IA). I t is also the company that formulated JD oil (where I used to work) and the JD oil gurus spoke highly of the company and their products. My vintage of Sprinter calls for 229.51 spec and in 2014 the oils listed as meeting the specs included the Northland product. It is not on the current MB list of approved 229.51 oils but I called Northland and they said that they have no changed their specs. I had trouble finding the Mobil 1 ESP, which is why I moved to Northland in the first place. (It is available only in 16 gallon drums, which is a bit of a disadvantage but the price works out to $5.08 per quart so I'll live with the 16 gallon drum size. Never thought I'd consider $5.08 per qt to be a good price!)
    Appreciate your thoughts...

    Hi!
Im Keith, here in Tucson. I am a friend of Demion Clinco, an organizer of Tucson Modernism Week. I see you were looking for a trailer, have you found one? I have a 64 AS Globetrotter for sale. If you have any interest...404-2875

    Thanks Brian
Any info on BF would be greatly appreciated since I live in NY. Tough to see one around here. I think I have to cross AS off my list, the corrosion problems scare me.

    Hi Brian
    Just started reading your posts
I just started lerking around here because I've been looking for a high quality TT myself
Possibly narrowed it to bigfoot 21, AS 23 or oliver 23.
After getting into the reading here and comments, AS reminds me of the american auto industry back in the early 1980's, that is... poor quality, arrogant people and basically not listening to their customers needs or wants. 5/8" plywood on a 85 grand trailer? really?
Curious, what did you find out about Bigfoot? what I found on them was very positive, I talked to the owner last year and liked what I heard. Love Oliver CS but a bid narrow inside for my tastes.
