    Hi Ian! Thanks so much for offering to help on Easter Sunday. Eventually, I pulled the pin on the hitch and pulled forward very slowly. The sway bar pulled out. I am told the problem likely was that the truck was at an angle to the trailer. I guess that means I need to improve my backing up skills. But a lot of state parks have me at odd angles backing in. I hope I don't have to limit my travel to KOA! I was on my maiden voyage with my new-to-me 27'. Again, many thanks.

    Hi there! I have been following LUCY77 where I noticed your extremely helpful 3D models! I have the same 1977 trailer as yours, with the rear bath ... mine with the double bed and wardrobe. Question about a comment you had made on how axles are set back a bit on our models, is that something you have seen people change if converting to a mid bath? I plan on going mid bath with a queen bed at the rear.
