    Hello, I'm a new member and will be purchasing a 28 FC RBT very soon. I was researching the Gen Y shank with the Equalizer (I've had the Equalizer in the past). I have the same truck as you (2018 3500 LTZ Duramax). I was concerned that the standard Gen Y shank (6 1/2 drop) would not be low enough when hooked up to the AS. But then I thought their longer version (9 1/2 drop) would extend too long to the ground. Yours looks perfect in the picture you posted years ago. I see you have the Equalizer on the bottom two holes in the Gen Y. Just wanted to know if you have been happy with this set up. Thank you for your time. (Brian Russ from Ohio)

    Hi there, this is many miles down the road since you posted your GT upgrades. Really amazing work! I don't pick up my new trailer for a bit but when I pick it up from the factory I am straight back on the road full time. I carry only the most essential tools so I am trying to get a jump on a few needed items. I think the most important are the bed extensions. Can you tell me the exact length and width you made yours? I also am interested from where you ordered the drawer pull (and part #). I always do the sink from flip out tray even in my smaller teardrop. It's one of the best kitchen upgrades one can have for virtually no money (albeit tons of frustration). I want to do tons more but I have commitments across the country so many will have to wait until fall. Thanks for posting all you do!
