Working on curtain measurements and replacement. We removed the curtains without numbering them but, with the measurements taken I can match them up and number them.




It is also important to notice where the snaps and Velcro are and document that for use when making new curtains.

Today we are looking at replacing the old carpet with vinyl flooring. My wife found some high quality Armstrong floating vinyl flooring on clearance at Lowes.



We placed it next to the interior to see how the color blended and we were both happy with the flooring and seemed to match up just fine.

Another hot weekend 95 degrees but that didn't stop us from working on the AS. First was to replace the old LP valves.




With new ones that was $50 per tank with the new valves and filling the tanks.



After the new valves were installed it was time to check for leaks. I opened the valve and checked the line with...

9/2/13 Labor Day we would rather be camping in the AS but maybe next year.

We lubed up all the working parts of the awning and after 20 years sitting we were sure it would fall apart when we lowered it.



To our surprise the awning was in good condition with no holes or rotten spots. The only problem was stains on the bottom side from the leaves that had built up over the years.
