Dave - I have a 2016 International Serenity. 25' FB. I did notice my old main is different from yours. Curious to know how your DC side gets powered.

    Dave -

What you did sounds exactly like what I am doing. Only exception is I am NOT using a Magnum Hybrid. I also was going to keep the existing ATS that shore / gen comes into. I was planning on running it to the new Main ( Sub-Panel ). It will have a 30A for main and 20A for AC. The 30A would then run to my inverter which is pass-thru and also has built in ATS. It will then output to the old Main 30A in the Progressive Dynamics. I will also move the old hard wired outlets from the original inverter to the 20A breaker the AC use to use. My email is wponder11@gmail.com. Would love to see any pics / diags. I can send you mine also.

Do you have more info on how you repurposed your Parallax panel as a sub panel? I am about to upgrade my inverter to power all my outlets. I was hoping to leave the existing ATS in place. Rewire from the current 30A breaker into a two breaker sub panel with a 30A breaker from the ATS. I was going to add a 20A breaker to it and relocate the AC there. From the new panel / breaker wire into the inverter, then from the inverter into the original 30A breaker. I was going to move my outlets inverter hardwired set to the old parallax panel and old AC 20A breaker. This should allow me to power all my outlets via inverter and pass-thru when on shore. My only concern is neutral ground bonding and also the old converter getting powered when it will no longer be used.

    Thanks,

    Warren
