    Hi,
I'm considering buying a 68 ambassador bunhouse that's located in Port Clinton. I'm still working on trying to get more details about it and I've been looking at buying an Airstream for about a year so I've been looking everywhere and reading up on the "issues". That said, the thought of running up there from the east side of Cleveland buying it is a little scary. any suggestions on how to inspect it? I downloaded the inspection checklist from the vintage airstream site as a starting point. Since you have a 68 I believe, maybe you have some word of advice? The other issue we're trying to understand is storage- we can't store it in our driveway or in our garage-too small. so outside vs. inside storage and costs are big considerations too. They're asking $5500 with new rims and tires and say everything works-looks like someone added ac and doesn't appear to have any major dings.
    Thanks-Ray

    Hello
I am a Spanish, and looking forward to buy a 25´ AIRSTREAM from the 60-70´s, My idea is go to USA to buy one ( as soon as I finish with the legal matters),The legal matters in Spain are terrible with vehicules from USA (also with caravans), due different legislation.
To know if I can put Spanish plates, the register office ask me for documents from the AIRSTREAM
After a long conversation, they accepted if I can give them a copy of the documets (title I think) of the same or simmilar AIRSTREAM caravan that I want to buy.(serial number, measures,wheigths.....)
For this reason I am asking help:
I dont need the serial number, only the amount of numbers and simbols that the serial numbers has.
I need the rest of the information of the title.
Will be very nice from you If you can email me a copy of a title of the type of AIRSTREAM what I am looking for. (25´from the 70´s).
I have nobody to ask. Please help me.
    Luis
