Hi, I precut and installed chrome bubble insulation to the entire front of my trailer. It helped, but with so much gravel on the roads, I still got a few rock dings and a spider crack in my rock guard. It did protect from getting a broken window. The bubble insulation will leave marks in the clear coat that can be cleaned and removing tape glue isn't fun either. Read my blog "Bob, Lee, and Dusty's Random Trips." for more information and pictures.

Hi - I hope this reaches Bob. Robert Cross suggested I contact you for what you did to protect your Airstream when traveling in Alaska. I am on the caravan this summer and trying to figure out how to protect my trailer. Thank you for any advice.
