My solar charge system is connected directly to the batteries, so the batteries get charged no matter what. It sounds like your solar controller is connected to the coach side of the switch, so when you put it in 'store' the solar system does nothing...

with this setup it matters not what the use/store is set to...

Solar question for you...when you leave your AS stored out in the open so your solar panel is generating power (and the trailer is NOT connected to shore power) do you leave the switch in the "use" position? I just had to leave my AS stored for five months like this and I had put the battery switch to "store". When I checked on the trailer this weekend the batteries were completely dead. I expected the 95w solar panel to keep the batteries topped off. I live in the southwest with plenty of sun and have a 3 stage charge converter. Thanks!
