Joe Wills here in Iowa and shopping for an Airstream apparently in Florida. I am looking for an inspector for a 2004 Airstream Classic 25 in Kissimmee. Is this something you are willing and able to do?

My understanding is that the floor needs replaced due to the previous owner tearing out the other floor and installing tile squares. It seems to me to be a downgrade in flooring coming from carpet and vinyl and so I am concerned that there may have been or is some sort of water issue. They have also replaced the AC unit due to squirrels. It came with a 15,000BTU upgraded from the factory when new and I also wonder if the new one is a 15k and if it has the Duo-Therm heat feature as well. If you would be willing to do an inspection of this unit for me I would be happy to pay you sir. Not sure how long he will hold it so of course the sooner the better.
