My Realtor said you had concerns about Financing of Manufactured Homes and Mobile Homes. There are several Mortgage Lenders that do Loan in these circumstances. Most folks pay cash but there are great sources for Financing out there. Many Sellers offer 1-3 Year Payment of Lifestyle / Lease Fees for 1-3 Years and build it into the price.
