airstreamnut@gmail.com or check can be mailed as well. Let me know. It'll take about 2 weeks for delivery once payment is made. Yes, they will mount to the eletric jack, but you'll need the u-bolts and an offset (many people use coil spring rubbers to make the mount off the jack post).
