Well I'm a little slow in sending a reply; we do use a 76 chev pickup but it's getting really tired and so looking for something suitable at a price we can handle. This year we'll have two in university so our toys will have to wait. Had spotted a 76 LTD on Kijiji with only
52000 miles and thanks to all who responded to my inquiry regarding it's practicality as a tv-would ideally like to find a late 60s or early 70s Olds or something like that , already equipped for towing but that could be a challenge. Also have a line on a 96 Chevy CHEYENNE but its got fairly high miles so not sure which way to jump-will likely just keep looking.
    Happy travels; Garth & Joanne

Thanks for trying... Actually, I have a question posted to another thread regarding whether or not wheels can be swapped. I have a 1963 Ambassador that has four new tires, and I might move two of them over to my Safari. Anyhow, if I do, they have wheel covers (similar to the images on "are these your hubcaps" thread). I really prefer the baby moons, they really set off the camper.

Hello, I really like your picture... I have newer camper, 65 Safari and would love to know where you got your half moon wheel covers from. We were just in you neck of the woods this past weekend, we took my daughter camping near Kennywood.

We are Bob and Jayne and we are tickled that you are attending the rally along with the rest of us. You're never too old to make new friends. We have a 66 Safari Twin 22ft. Can't wait to see yours.
Keep checking the rally discussions, we are planning our menu for the pot luck. We are not picky eaters either-any of us.
Looking forward to meeting you both
    Bob and Jayne
