    Thanks. Definitely easier than taking them off, cutting and re-punching. I'll give it a shot!

    Hi, rather than cut them, just loosen the allens on the shaft, and swing the arms back and up.. the further back the flaps are, the better they protect. cuts the angle from the tire/road interface down more.
