No problem, glad to be of help. Looks like you have a lot of work ahead of you, but when you are all done it will be just how you like it. We have had ours ('72 Sovereign 31 ft)for a little over a year now and never have regretted buying it. Sure they all need work, but they are a great investment and very easy to tow. Last summer we had our first trip in ours and it was the most relaxing vacation we ever had. We drove about 1800 miles round trip, from Los Angeles, CA to Durango,CO.
I gather you are planning on living in yours full-time with 3 kids. Boy that sounds like a barrel of monkeys.
