Good luck replacing the windows. Once they're in, be sure they are sealed well and that there are no leaks around the edges. I think I finally have all mine whipped into shape, but will not know for sure till I hit a heavy rain storm. My next task is to tackle the valve that regulates antifreeze flow thru the heater core. My heat is either hot or cold, no inbetween, even though the temp potentiometer on the dash opens and closes the valve proportionally. I have a lead on the tempco web site and have a plan to trouble shoot the problem.

Interesting that you went with single pane. I think my dual pane problems are not the motion but bad coating in the middle where the low-e and other coatings are placed. I had no moisture in any of them. A letter in Motorhome magazine from an AS moho owner said that he got them replaced under a courtesy warranty so I'm going to approach it that way.
Regarding mpg, when I'm actually on the freeway its about 10.5 to 11 at ~65 mph towing the Insight, but around town is, well, lower!!!

I had to have every one of my dual pane windows replaced. Fortunately, it was done under warranty. I had them put all single panes in. I'm not sure any dual pane could withstand all the twisting and turning of a motorhome.

It's nice to hear back from you. We went to a campground on the shore of Lake Michigan last weekend. Towed the wrangler with ease using a blue ox tow bar and base plate. My next challenge is to choose a brake system. It sounds like you have a lot of nice stuff on your mh. What kind of mileage do you get with the Banks system? I get about 9 mpg while towing the jeep.

We are enjoying ours--going to a Mariposa KOA near Yosemite this weekend. the mh had several upgrades when we bought it: Banks power, some suspension stuff, but I still want more sway control, may go to Hendersons' later this year for some discussions. The local shop suggested changing the Bilstein shocks to Koni's but I'm not convinced. alrady has SuperSteer bell cranks, added bar on the back, etc. All I've done is upgrade the tv & a new dvd player, and started to replace the dual pane glass that is fogging.

I'm glad to meet another owner of a LY 30 S/O. We picked ours up used, but still under warranty in August, 2007. Love it and can't wait to get out in it this spring. Just bought a wrangler and went for a test run towing it last Sunday. It towed well. Good luck with yours. Bob and Nancy
