I'm not sure they will be the same. Mine has a dash operated switch to close it remotely when starting the coach, which is standard on the Motorhomes. I imagine your trailer is just a standard deadbolt activated from either inside or outside. I would have expected that there is something on the trailer side of the forum. If it is just the deadbolt, I think not so difficult because the complexity in mine was caused by the dash remote switch and mechanics to make that all work. Hope that helps

Boom Sounds, I saw an old post of yours on replacing the handle-style dead bolt lock mechanism. Though I have an excella trailer I am assuming they must be similar. How much disassembly inside does it require to remove the mechanism? How does on even remove the throw inside? I see no set screws!???? are there any published directions?
