1. Find the forum that is proper for your post from the list on this link:

A good place to practice might be in the Member Introduction forum located here:
https://www.airforums.com/forums/f368/
2. Once you are in the proper forum to post then you need to look for this image:
Click on that image and you can start a new thread/discussion.
Also, please don't forget to search first. Chances are the members have already discussed the same info you are looking for. The search feature is near the top right of the page next to New Posts and Quick Links.
