    I am pretty sure this will also work on a 66. In the early 50's AS had a similar design. Most if not all these items can be purchased on vintage trailer supply.

    5/32 olympic shaver tool
    5/32 cleco clamps qty 200 so you can complete half of one end at a time
    5/32 olympic rivets
    #20 drill bits
    Adjustable center punch , purchased mine at home depot
    Pneumatic rivet gun, highly suggest will save time and your forearm
    Gage hand made out of aluminum with two holes with desired distance between rivets, edge of gage should align to edge of segment to keep rivet line straight and consistant spacing
