    Hi,

    We had to stop trying for now as we both had to get back to work. I think I am going to order a new Harmony Hub and see if that fixes the problem. I have a feeling it is trying to connect through the previous owners password. Yes we were able to get Airstream to delete the old owner so that we could start fresh with the ATT plan. Thank you for your reply!
