Thanks for that. Got it off with minimal damage. It's not made to be removed only to be installed. Yup, no leaking from under it after all.
Thanks for the tips again.

Hi, the three screws are under the bezel. The three tabs are just outside the screws. I chipped that area below one screw in removing the bezel, but if I were to reattach the bezel, which I'm not, I'd just put a few drops of RTV at the tab locations to glue it on.
It took quite a bit of force to get the bezel off - couldn't do it w/o the pry tool and the plywood to spread the force under the tool. Got the bezel most of the way off on one side, slide an eight inch thick wood shim under it and pried from the other side. Then it all popped off. The bezel is made of chrome plated plastic - you can't bend it, but I suppose you can crack it. Mine came off fine. Good luck!
With regard to leaks, there is just a quarter inch hole in the skin sealed with a grommet that the wires pass through. Doubt any water would get in there.
Cheers,
eriik

I have the same rig and issue. I read your post but still having trouble getting the bezel off. I can feel the tabs under the bezel edge. Did you pry right at the tabs or off to the side? Does the bezel turn to unlock the tabs?
Also, where are the screws you refer to, under the bezel?
Thanks,
Jeff
