Actually, we signed a contingent contract to purchase at 770 Baytree. After about two weeks, the seller got a non-contingent offer and we got kicked out. We are still considering TGO, but we are also looking into other options. At the moment, Plan A is to buy a new home (that would have , or support construction of, an RV garage) in north Georgia or southern North Carolina and sell the current FL and NC homes. Plan B is to purchase a home that would have, or support construction of, an RV garage in FL, maybe in TGO but possibly elsewhere and keep the current NC house.
Covid has slowed everything down. Very few lookers at our current FL home.

We are fine. We have a cabin NE of Boone. For various reasons we haven’t been able to get up here since last October. The fixit list is out of control and a generator problem cropped up at the BalloonFest. Just trying to catch up.

Unfortunately we have had to cancel Alumalina. Maybe we can meet up at tgo sometime when we are there checking out houses.
