Southwest disk, has the Moab rim on it and have a lid for it. Use a gas burner for it, but rigged up a cradle while camping last time to use it over the campfire. So I made a little stand this weekend that sits it down over a campfire. Cook breakfast, lunch, dinner and popcorn. Pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, tortillas. My favorite is like the picture though, usually about 5 different meats, peppers, tomatoes, etc. to make a Mexican discada meal.

Hi Texfx4! Your cast iron pan setup looks like it can cook up some terrific items. What brand? Where did you get it? How do you like it? What all do you cook on it? Thanks!
