Greetings from the Missouri side. (I don't know why so many people make that a big deal anymore - the civil war has been over for a while.) I found my 1970 29' Landyacht in a similar condition, probably better. It had been abandoned in a private RV park in Cuba, MO. I bought it and quickly gutted it because it was skanky and the particle board was rotten and plastic pieces broken. I had about a week to make it livable to go to work in SW Texas and then Oklahoma. New brakes, tires, chassis electrical, and a new a/c unit and I was off. I never pulled something so easy. I am living in it again temporarily as I get my new place renovated and utilities installed but will work on a true finish plan this summer. I would appreciate being able to see your work for advice if you don't mind. I'm currently nearby in Lee's Summit, MO.
