Hey Greg. You asked me about fishing in NM. March is gonna be a tough time especially here in Santa Fe, or anywhere where there's elevations and snow melt. River flows are basically un-fishable or difficult at best. If you stay south near Rudiso, Im not that familiar with places to fish other than the Gila River which would still be a couple of hours away and also is difficult out fish. Look for tailwaters by lakes and resovoirs. Best

Hello, I hope you don't mind me writing. I responded to your post about getting some fly fishers together. Anyway, I am thinking of a trip to Ruidoso or Sante Fe this March. I thought you could steer me in the direction of some good fly fishing spots in those areas and/or campgrounds. Would appreciate any tips you could provide.
