Lone wolf you'll have a blast anyway. It's still camping and still an Airstream.

We have been Alumatenting for several years now and it's still great.

We have a futon, yard table and chairs, clothes rack, camp stove and lugaloo if necessary. Always a good time.

Hi, Lonewolf [emoji4]. Best of luck with the maiden voyage. That is super exciting!

Photos from our maiden voyage--no hookups at all, no picnic table, no slab, just a field. Lowkey but that's ok, the bare essentials matched the bare interior

Looks like you have a happy point in your rebuild! Your curtains are better than my clothes pins and pillow cases.

Beds are in now! Going to paint them this weekend. They are very simplistic in style, but are hinged allowing access to water tank on the street side, and battery components on the curb side. Also, our second camping trip is in the books. I'm so proud of myself because I towed the trailer to and from the campground AND backed it in the campsite! Doing my best to get the hang of towing.

Great job with your beds. And towing! The thought of eventually towing has me a little nervous, I will admit [emoji15]

Dinette/bed now installed, thanks to a tiny home company in my area. I love it!

Who makes the table pedestal/model number? thanks

I also have a 57/58 Overlander O#7499. Titled as 58, has the 7 panel end cap, and the layout of a 57 twin with shower stall. I'm about as far along as you. Will have bathroom and beds done, and maybe part of the kitchen. Attending the WBCCI blackout rally in central Oregon as the first outing.

57Vintage, this is the one I purchased. It works like a breeze. And it doesn't go below the floor. Hope you enjoy your rally!

And now we have a shower! (Perch and Nest strikes again!) So thankful to have this company in my hometown. They never balk at any request and they aren't scared of curved walls! They even make a galvanized bulk head wall to conceal the plumbing. Now I need to get the toilet installed and the fridge. Honestly, after that?? We'll be done.

Ladies and gentlemen, as of 12 noon on January 7, 2019, my airstream is finally complete! I am truly thankful for all of you that have followed along with my project and answered all of my questions. We've been using the wig wam for two years now even without working water systems, and so the fun will only continue from here. Hope to see you all down the road!
