1958 Overlander Help Please

Ok so I'm posting some pics of this trailer. It says 21ft on title according to owner. About to decide to purchase site unseen (except pictures) any advise on problems seen?

Anyone want to comment on value as is?

More pics coming, get ready...

Thanks!

Looks like a 58. Probably Calif built. The interior looks in average shape but correct. The door handle is probably not correct and the door hinges do not look standard. Also the big dent in the rear end cap will need to be worked out from the inside to make it look better. That segment could only be replaced by obtaining one from another original. You'll probably have to refurbish most of the windows. Lots of work. Only if you are up to it. Looks longer than 22 ft in photos. I'm guessing an overlander at 26 ft bumper to coupler. Ed

The photos sure make everything about it seem to be an Overlander. The caravan plate was probably one of the old plates that say caravan. I'm the wrong one is say do it or don't do it, see what I started with. What I can see looks like a nice starting point.
