Early Door Knobs - 1952 Flying Cloud
Hi, This Door Knob keeps showing up on Ebay, it's advertised as a replacement for 66-69 AirStream Trailers. Does anyone know why it wouldn't work on an early 50's door (1951/52 Flying Cloud). Or does anyone know of another "vintage" alternative?

That lock will work on older trailer doors, but you must plate the door, inside and out, and cut new holes.

It looks a lot like the one on my '51. I will take a picture over the weekend and send it. Works fine, closes and locks nicely. How's the project coming?
