Well we got the as home and can't wait to start reworking her. Would anyone know where we could aquire original floor plans? Also How can we trace the WBCCI # of 4336? We were told this as had gone on one of the big caravans.??
Any suggestions as to renovate? I'm thinking keeping her in the period but upgrading up grading for our use's..Are we going to outlaws if we don't keep her original?

Welcome to the forums . For floor plans check Fred's airstream archives www.airstreammotorhomes.com

If you find out how to trace WBCCI numbers let me know, I'd like to find out the history of my numbers.

As for renovating it's totally to each his own. Our's was in exceptional shape when we found it. I've been going through, changing out the plumbing (stems, washers etc.) And working on other plumbing problems i.e. the comode

Anyway enjoy your 'new' as. I'm sure you'll find a wealth of info here in the forums.

As for the 4336 big red numbers, I checked the directories I have: 2001 through 2004. Only one listed a number for 4336. It is in the 2003 directory. Unfortunately, WBCCI directories do not list the type or year of trailer. The last time that number was registered it belonged to a couple from Lancaster, OH. Others members with older directories may be able to help.

Yes Paul, the WBCCI has all of the issued directories that were printed. I have not contacted them about looking up my old number. Not sure they would release that information. Be worth a shot though.

Yeah, I think I may try and contact them myself. I would think that since we are members, that it would be no different than being in the current book.

I love your "I'm haunted by aluminum" - isn't that the truth.

Let us know what they find out regarding your number's history. Interesting stuff I'm sure.
