What to do first

The airstream I purchased has no Interior skins or Insulation but it does have new floor insulation and subfloor.

Would I put the New vinyl floor down first and then put in the wall Insulation and skins or the other way around?

Appreciate your thoughts

On both our projects we installed the wiring, insulation and the interior skins. Then we painted the inside. After that we installed the Marmoleum and covered the floor with a good quality floor protective covering. Finally we layed out all the walls and cut the floor covering as needed for the wall placement. I like the floor linoleum on all the cabinet floors.
