What is the bathroom wall/ceiling material in 1968 Safari

After painstaking removing all the vinyl wall paper and glue, I buffed the interior of the airstream. Looks great, but crazy time investment. Anyway the trailer is completely gutted except I have left the bathroom wall/ceiling material. I am going to have a mural painted on it. The artist wants to know what the material is made of in preparation for painting the masterpiece. Can anyone ID this material for me?
