What are these?

I have a 1971 Overlander International twin bed model. On each side of the trailer below the window by each bed is a large metal hook of some sort on the wall at each end of each bed. It is not part of the curtain track. Also on the ceiling above each bed on the outside of the bed are two metal circular things that look original. There is one at each end of each bed. Does anyone know what these are? I have a manual and these are not shown.

I think those are hooks/hardware for additional berths above your present twins.
