Sink Cabinet door on 66 Caravel

I was looking to replace the under sink cabinet door on my 1966 caravel. I have attached a picture of it. Anyone know where I can one?

If it’s wood and you don’t have the tools, can you take the door, with hardware attached, to a cabinet shop and have them make you one? Match the paint and paint it. Good luck

It has a wood core but it has a white laminate cover around it. Hence the reason I was trying to maybe find a used one or a possible replacement.

I'm please to see someone else with a 66 caravel. I would take off the door make a new one out of plywood and use a latex paint and call it done. I would love to see more pics of your baby
