Painted Window frames

Hi there to all!!
I was wondering if anybody out there has painted the window frames on there trailer.
I have a 67 Safari whose frames are showing there age. I have used a wire brush wheel on them and while it did improve their appearance some, it is still not pretty.
How did you do it? What paint works best?
Is it hard to maintain once it is done?
Thanks so much for your feedback.

We sandblasted, then sprayed clear. I had access to a glove box style of sand blaster.

Yep it's possible. It comes down to personal preference. I use Ace aluminum and galvanized metal primer then you topcoat over that.

Window Frames

Hi Matt,
Thanks for the info.
I will probably do this on my trailer, so it will stay bright!
Thanks, Ken
