New Couch

I have a 1986 Sovereign. I took out my original couch, it was getting both thread bare and cushion-less. Replaced it with two used easy chair recliners. They are very comfortable but restrict anything other than seating for two. I would like to have a "U" shaped couch built. Any suggestions on who could do the job and how expensive is this likely to be...if anyone has already ventured this route.
