Moving outlets in the bathroom

We are updating our bathroom on a 2001 27ft Safari. We want to "tile" the entire backsplash and the outlets are unsightly. I've seen beautiful pics without the switch plates on the backsplash wall. Where (and how) are you relocating them? We are going to see about moving them to the wall on the left, but understand we will need to use a small raceway. Just wondering what others have done. Maybe there is a new smaller/compact switch plate. Or maybe find them in black so they blend in more (we are using a dark backsplash).
