I’m in Tampa and have a 1978 Soverign I’m going to restore. I found 2 places in Florida that restore airstreams.

I'm not sure what you need done but there's nothing magic about an Airstream, other than replacing exterior panels, that any good craftsman couldn't accomplish. I might suggest trying to find a good boat carpenter in the area. I've known a couple in that area that I'd have no qualms about letting tackle any Airstream project. You can ask around the boat yards or perhaps West Marine for some potential craftspeople.
